eStatements

Reducing paper use is a small but simple thing we can all do for our local community. When you opt for eStatements from First National Bank of East Texas, you make a choice that’s not only good for the environment, it’s good for your financial security. You eliminate the risk of paper statements being stolen when traveling through the mail, going in the trash, or getting lost.
Once you’ve signed up for eStatements, we send you an email letting you know that your account statements are available (to keep your information safe, we never attach your statement to the email). To retrieve them, you simply log in to online banking with your secure access ID and password. You can see your most current statements and up to 12 months of past statements, all safely stored online with us.

Remote Deposit

This is a great service for business customers who make frequent trips to the bank to make their deposits. This is also a great option for businesses that process a lot of checks from their customers. The product involves the bank placing a check scanner at your business and some software on one of your computers. At this point, you can make deposits without having to leave your office. Please note that we cannot receive cash deposits this way, only checks. Please let us know if you are interested in this product.
