eStatements

Reducing paper use is a small but simple thing we can all do for our local community. When you opt for eStatements from First National Bank of East Texas, you make a choice that’s not only good for the environment, it’s good for your financial security. You eliminate the risk of paper statements being stolen when traveling through the mail, going in the trash, or getting lost.
Once you’ve signed up for eStatements, we send you an email letting you know that your account statements are available (to keep your information safe, we never attach your statement to the email). To retrieve them, you simply log in to online banking with your secure access ID and password. You can see your most current statements and up to 12 months of past statements, all safely stored online with us.

With mobile deposit you can make a deposit with any device, anywhere, any time with the same level of security and protection as mobile banking.
You can access mobile deposit through our Mobile Banking app for your personal checking or savings accounts.
- Make sure you have our Mobile Banking app for your mobile device
- Login to the app
- Select "Deposit Checks".
- Use your mobile device to take a photo of the front and back of the check. Make sure the check is endorsed with the following:
- "For Deposit Only to First National Bank of East Texas"
- Your account number
- Your signature
- Select the account to receive the deposit and enter the amount.
- Select "Make Deposit" and you'll receive a confirmation message after a few seconds.
*Check images are stored securely at the bank and are not saved directly on your phone.
*Mobile deposit access is restricted for 30 calendar days for new customers, see new account rep for details.
